BearHand Studio ("we", "our") operates the mobile game Crown Rush (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, storage, and sharing of information, including information obtained through Google services, when you use our App.
When you launch the App, we automatically attempt to sign you in via Google Play Games Services, using your device's existing Google account authorization. If you are signed in, we access and collect the following Google user data:
Signing in is optional. If you are not signed in to Google Play Games on your device, or you decline the permission prompt, we do not access or collect this information, and all core gameplay remains fully available.
We also use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect device identifiers (Advertising ID) and other information for the purpose of showing relevant ads. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before showing personalized ads. You can review or withdraw this consent at any time from the in-app Settings menu.
Information collected through Google Play Games Services sign-in, along with your in-game scores and achievements, is stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Firebase Realtime Database). This information is retained until you delete your account or request deletion as described in Section 5.
Leaderboard visibility: if you participate in the leaderboard, your name and profile picture may be visible to other players of the App.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following third-party services, solely to operate the features described above:
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data (including saved scores and achievements) at any time by contacting us at the email address below with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days.
Residents of the EEA/UK and California have additional rights under the GDPR and CCPA respectively, including the right to opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device's Ad Settings or the in-app consent option described in Section 1.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page along with an updated "Last updated" date.
